Thank you so much for your detailed response!  I want to thank you for everything you have done for my mother.  Our phone conversations are much better now – she actually heard everything I said last time we talked which is somewhat of a miracle after all the shouting and repeating that I’ve had to do the last year!  She is practicing with the batteries, and, although they are small, she is having success changing them.  Thanks again and I’ll keep in touch if I have any more questions.
