Jody started her career in accounting. Considering a career change she sat in at a local hearing clinic and experienced first-hand the joy of helping people to hear better. She enrolled in the hearing aid practitioner course at Grant MacEwan College in Edmonton. In 2005 Jody graduated with distinction. “I knew this job was for me when I put a set of hearing aids on a lady for the first time and she could hear me clearly”. After a short time, working with another clinic, she and her husband Ron decided to start their own company. Jody is committed to her profession and regularly attends many different conventions and learning seminars to further her skills. Jody served many years as the secretary/treasurer of Saskatchewan hearing instrument practitioners society. She is a member of SHIPS, CHIPS, and IHS, all organizations which help further the education and standards of our industry. Quite often Jody gives back to her profession by mentoring students. Jody truly enjoys her work and is committed to providing the best hearing experience possible. Many years later she is still enjoys helping people to hear the sounds of life.
